He was friendly, professional, and incredibly gentle with both of them. I was especially impressed by how quick and efficient the service was without sacrificing quality. She was truly the absolute best with my Maltipoo. My baby was severely knotted, and Ingrid handled him with so much gentleness, patience, and love. She noticed every single detail and treated him like her own. I have never seen my puppy groomed this beautifully. His coat is beyond soft — the shampoo she uses is top-tier, and his hair feels luxurious, clean, and healthy. The difference is unbelievable. I am beyond grateful that I found Ingrid. This was my first time with her and I’m thrilled! She has earned my complete trust, and I can confidently say I will never go to anyone else. She has a client for life.
